Roy Jordan is an experienced Certified Financial Planner who takes a holistic approach to financial planning with individuals and businesses. Roy began his career with Northwestern Mutual in June of 1989 after graduating from the University of the South. He received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification in 2000. Roy enjoys helping clients achieve their financial goals throughout each stage of their lives. Roy is very involved in his community! He received the Community Service Award from Northwestern Mutual in honor of his work with The Green Hills Family YMCA and Restore Ministries. He also received the National Community Service award through Invest in Others foundation in 2016.

Roy lives in Hillwood community with his wife Marty, and their dog Crockett. He is an avid golfer and enjoys downtime on the beach with his family.

Pat started with Northwestern Mutual in 1991. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter, CLU, in 1996, Certified Financial Planner, CFP, in 2000, his Retirement Income Certified Professional, RICP, in 2020. He is well known among his colleagues and friends as a seasoned financial professional with a plain spoken manner. Pat builds relationships with people based on integrity, knowledge, and his sense of propriety.

Raised in the Northeast, Pat visited and went to Vanderbilt University graduating in 1984. After a brief stint in NYC, Pat and his wife, Melinda, relocated to Nashville in 1990 and have been there since.

A mentor at heart, Pat enjoyed coaching his boys hockey teams at rinks around the Southeast for years. Now that the boys have finished college, he and Melinda enjoy spending time with them in Nashville or travelling together. Most recently celebrating Lee’s marriage to Allison in September 2021. Peter, still here in Nashville, entertains them with his sense of humor and grilling skills. In the future, they look forward to enjoying old favorite destinations and finding new ones as a family.

Away from work, Pat can be found playing golf, at Predators games, or enjoying Nashville’s fine dining scene with Melinda and friends.

As a native Nashvillian, Braden began his career in 2009 with Northwestern Mutual after graduating with a Finance Degree from Harding University. Northwestern Mutual's holistic planning approach surrounding the integration of investments and insurance coincide with Braden's philosophy. He has worked to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and earned his WEALTH MANAGEMENT CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL™ designation to give clients confidence in his abilities to find solutions to their unique and complex needs.

Braden currently lives in Nashville with his wife and three daughters.

Alessa joined the Jordan Team in 2005 and brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and investments industry. Alessa is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she majored in Finance and earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration.

She holds her Series 7 & 63 along with her Tennessee Life and Health Insurance Licenses.

Alessa currently lives in Franklin with her husband and two boys.

Marti joined Pat Srebnick in 2005 and has over 30 years in the Financial Services Industry. She previously was a partner in a Financial Planning Firm.

She holds her Life and Health Insurance license and her FINRA Series 6 and 63. She earned her Long Term Care Professional, LTCP, designation in 2007. In 2015 she was awarded the Northwestern Mutual Commitment to Excellence Award for her commitment to the field and dedication to excellence.

She lives Brentwood with her husband, David, and their dog Bo. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family, quilting, and rescuing dogs.

Lauren is a lifelong Middle Tennessean who graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in education. She joined our team in 2013. She holds her Series 7 & 63 along with her Tennessee Health and Life licenses.

Lauren lives in Santa Fe, TN with her husband, son and daughter

Kristen joined the Binkley Team in 2015 after moving to Nashville. She grew up in Philadelphia, and graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business Administration. Before entering the world of financial planning, she taught gymnastics for 11 years. Kristen currently holds her FINRA Series 6, 63, and 7 licenses, as well as her Life, Health and Annuity Licenses.

Kristen recently relocated back to Philadelphia, where she lives with her husband, Jason, and daughter, Siena. She enjoys spending her free time traveling the world, writing, and practicing yoga.

Peter Black serves as Associate Wealth Management Advisor for InTempo, working with individuals, families, and business owners. Peter joined the Jordan Team in 2020 and has worked in the financial services industry since 2016. He is a native of Champaign, IL and graduated from the University of South Carolina with Bachelor's Degree in Sport & Entertainment Management. He currently holds his Tennessee Life and Health Insurance license and Series 7 and 63.

In his free time, he can be found on the golf course or tennis court, watching University of South Carolina athletics, and enjoying the Nashville parks. Peter lives in Nashville with his wife, Taylor and dog, Ryder.

Originally from Madison, GA, Amanda traveled to Nashville to study Psychology and Early Education at Belmont University. Amanda joined Northwestern Mutual and InTempo Wealth Management in 2021. She holds her Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Amanda lives in Mt. Juliet with her husband, William, and daughter, Braelyn.
